Would you mention an upcoming vacation at a job interview?

I have an interview today, is actually a 2nd interview, i had one last week with the administrator who i will be working with and will train me. Today's interview brings in the district supervisor. I think I have a pretty good chance at getting this job. My question is, would you mention an upcoming vacay to your future boss. The vacation is still 5 months away, but it is a holiday (Thanksgiving week). Do you think it could hurt my chances of getting the job. Is down to me and one other person. My husband thinks I should be honest, but this is not about being honest is about getting a great job with great pay and moving up in my career. Worse comes to worse, I may have to skip the vacay or fly up to our destination, rather than drive. My current job had already approved my request, so not getting it, would really stink. OPINIONS PLEASE!!!!
