Tobacco question and dentist question?

Alright, before you answer anything, know that i'm not the normal "dipper" i have a can of grizzly mint and i have had it for 3 months now, and only done it 4 times. If i was to do it 1 more time today, for about 45 minutes, and i had a dentist appointment to get a cavity in the back of my mouth drilled in 3 days, would the dentist be able to tell? If i brush my teeth very "vigorously" are there any ways that the dentist can still tell? Thanks.
