Well, it sounds like she feels and looks at it the same as you do, or she wouldn't bother! But the only way you'll know for sure is to ask her or casually say "its a date!" when you make the plans. Or you could ask her if there's any guys in her life! You could try complimenting her (i love it when guys compliment!) you could try to flirt a bit and see how she reacts and tell a few jokes here and there! Just be relaxed and have a good time and play it by air, casually bringing up maybe how you feel about her and see where things end up!
