Something wrong with my testicle?

I'm 14, and usually masterbate 1 to 3 times nightly. I usually don't "fiddle" with my testicles but they feel very oval like. As stupid and awkward as this sounds, like a rounded rod. Thick in diameter but rod like. To me they feel more rod like or very oval like, but I'm not a doctor. Any answers appreciated, you have balls even viewing this.
