Childhood friend moved away and now we're so apart from eachother!?

A few years back, my good friend moved away. We stayed in pretty good touch. I visited her during thanksgiving because her big birthday wish was to see me. I went down and she acted as though I wasn't there. She invites her neighbors over and hung out with them more than me! And when I went back, she stopped answering my calls, texts, messages. Everything... She said that she was busy whenever she DID answer and I understand. She's very pretty and popular. Me, not so much. I'm chubby and not too attractive, but she's been my best friend for such a long time! And now that it's summer, she still isn't responding to me. She never calls or even does anything! I always do it all! I feel like I'm being to loyal. Why are we growing so distant from eachother? She doesn't have anything to do half the time because she writes it on Facebook, yet she cant answer my calls. What do I do?
