Why are guys still expected to make all the effect in the dating scene?

i dont wait for a guy, i go to them with little result so i stopped. i dont have a list because i expect men to be worth less than what i want. basically i have little to no expectation. and though i shot guys down its because i want nothing to do with you because you make me angry, sad, and bitter. oh and insecure with how you stare at other females as they pass by. to be honest i have little to no desire for men because all of you are headaches that i cant afford.
