Healthy food choices when you don't have a kitchen? Esp, eating out?

Find a grocery store with a salad bar and you can make a different salad every day, order a salad at a restaurant with whole wheat bread and no croutons with dressing on the side.Protein bars ( as long as the first few ingredients are protein sources ) .But a blender and make your own fresh smoothies.
