Can you get food poisoning from frozen chicken nuggets?

Ok so i woke up at 7am this morning and the room was totally spinning out and i suddenly broke out into a hot sweat and made a run for the toilet as i felt mega sick, although i couldnt bring it up and i just continued to feel dizzy and hot all morning. Managed to vom eventually and it was bright yellow and foamy and tasted like hairspray! Bile i imagine. But basically i can only describe it as a really bad hangover... I ate some of those frozen chicken dippers last night, cooked though, obviously! Only other thing i ate was a egg and bacon sandwich in the afternoon. All well cooked. Is this more likely a bug rather than food poisoning?
