At this time of year, what State could you see the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper at the same time over head?

In which USA State, on a clear night's sky? I'm in Florida now but, I drive all 48 States and would like to see them both in the night's sky. It would be nice to know when it is possible when I'm in that State.
